The Federal government of Nigeria has announced five new confirmed cases of coronavirus in the country bringing the total of persons infected to eight.
According to the Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire, three of the victims came from the United States of America including a mother and child while the other two came in from the UK. He added that four of the cases were identified in Lagos while one was identified in Ekiti.
