Chelsea and England footballer, Danny Drinkwater, has been arrested by Cheshire police over suspected drink driving after leaving a party at 12:30am and then crashing his Range Rover into a Skoda on a country lane in the early hours of Monday.
According to police report, two women and a man were treated at the scene for minor injuries. The 29-year-old Chelsea midfielder has been released on unconditional bail, but he is to appear at Stockport Magistrates’ Court on the 13th of May.
