DJ Cuppy Drops Lawsuit Against Isreal Afeare.
After threatening to sue Israel Afeare for defamation, DJ Cuppy took to Twitter to update her fans.
Since he apologised, the DJ said she has agreed not to pursue the case further.
Her tweet reads:
“Update: Following the public apology of Isreal Afeare, I have decided to no longer proceed with the lawsuit and have instructed my lawyers accordingly.
“As social media users, I hope we can all learn from this, and ensure that we have valid facts before we speak on matters.”
Following the split between DJ Cuppy and Zlatan, recall Israel had gone on social media to say that Zlatan is ignoring Cuppy because he didn’t make “one kobo” from their Gelato partnership.
Cuppy replied by claiming that she did not break her contract with Israel over the song Gelato and that she would sue Israel.
In response, Israel released a video in which he apologised for his remarks.
