Keyshia Cole Reveals She Is Leaving The Music Industry.
American singer and songwriter, Keyshia Cole, has announced that she will leave the music industry.
On Wednesday night, March 17, the Grammy-nominated singer announced her retirement from the music industry via Twitter.
Cole revealed the news while responding to fan tweets, one of which advised her to “keep focused” after the release of her new single and her legendary Verzuz battle with R&B princess Ashanti in January.
“I’m retiring…” Cole responded.
Fans were quick to ask why she would want to leave music when her newly released single “I Don’t Want to be in Love” was doing so well.
