Other Victims Of Helicopter Crash That Killed Kobe Bryant!
Retired N.B.A. star, Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna were among the nine killed in a helicopter crash near Calabasas, Calif on Sunday morning. They were flying to Thousand Oaks, California, for a basketball game, where Gianna, 13, was expected to play and Bryant, 41, was meant to coach.
The helicopter took off from the John Wayne airport at 9:06 a.m. local time and crashed shortly before 10 a.m. local time in Calabasas; report has it that the helicopter was flying too low and eventually hit the ground with no survivor.
The name of the victims were recently revealed and the other 7 victims include Gigi’s friend/teammate Alyssa along with Alyssa’s mother Keri and father John Altobelli.
Also in the crash was Christina Mauser, an assistant girls basketball coach at a K-8 private school in Orange County. She was mourned on Facebook by her husband and kid.
Other victims were revealed to be mother and daughter Sarah Chester & Payton Chester and also the pilot.
Payton Chester attended St. Margaret’s Episcopal School in San Juan Capistrano; may her soul and that of other victims rest in peace.
Friends and former students were finally able to identify the pilot as Ara Zobayan. See his photo below:
