Mr Macaroni And Other Arrested Protesters Subjected To Inhumane Conditions.
A footage shared online by Yoruba actor, Yomi Fabiyi, has shown how protesters arrested at the #OccupyLekkiTollgate protest were treated.
Among the protesters arrested by the Lagos state police command on Saturday morning was Popular Instagram Comedian, Mr Macaroni. The protesters were subjected to inhumane conditions as they were seen without a shirt and crammed in a small bus. Some of them had their hands tied behind their backs.

Yomi Fabiyi captioned the video:
“This is DE-HUMANIZING and UNACCEPTABLE. Every human being must be treated with dignity and respect.
This is how peaceful protesters are been treated. On whose order? Fellow citizens treating other fellow citizens this way. No crimes committed, just peaceful protesters in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. IN DEEP TEARS.”
