Balogun Market Is On Fire Again!!!

News reaching us now is that the popular Balogun Market is on fire again. The fire reportedly started from the building opposite Oluwole Car Park on Martins Street, Lagos Island.

From what we heard, the cause of the fire was a generator. The man who was pouring petrol in the running generator has been reported dead. We gathered that the fire affected 3 buildings and at the time of filing this report, some of the buildings are already collapsing.

Emergency agencies were mobilized to the scene and they have been on ground fighting the fire. Law enforcement officers are also there maintaining order.
