A man acting like a madman was caught in the Egbeda area of Lagos State as he tried to kidnap a child.
An Instagram user who shared the story wrote:
“We should all be very vigilant about people we see and think they are MAD, he was caught at Egbeda trying to kidnap a child before he was arrested.”
